Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
These terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the online store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated inclusive of VAT and are shown next to the products. A delivery fee will be added to the price. All product prices in the online store are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer during the checkout process.
Product information is provided directly next to the product in the online store.
Placing an Order
To order a product, add the desired items to your shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required data fields and choose a suitable delivery method. The total fee will then be displayed, which can be securely paid using the following methods:

NB! When paying via bank link, you must click the "Return to merchant" button on the bank’s page.
Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the online store in a secure environment – via the secure environment of the respective bank for bank link payments, and via the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS for credit card payments. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank or credit card details.
The agreement enters into force once the payment has been received in the online store's bank account.
The online store is the data controller for personal data and transmits the necessary personal data to Maksekeskus AS for payment processing.
If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days after the notification.
Delivery
Products are shipped to the following countries: All European Union countries.
For receiving the goods, the buyer has the following options: Omniva, Smartpost, Venipak
The delivery costs are borne by the buyer and the relevant pricing information is shown next to the delivery method.
Domestic deliveries within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 5 working days from the date the sales agreement takes effect. Deliveries outside Estonia take 10–14 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, the delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To use the 14-day return right, the ordered goods may only be used in a way that is necessary to determine the nature, features, and functioning of the goods – as would be allowed in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to determine their nature, features, and functioning, or show signs of use or wear, the online store has the right to reduce the refund amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return an item, a free-form withdrawal request must be submitted via email to info@tiinaandron.com no later than 14 days after receiving the item.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for return is that the product does not match what was ordered (e.g., wrong or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal declaration or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within that period.
The online store will refund the returned product(s) to the buyer immediately upon receipt of the returned goods, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal declaration.
The online store may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until the buyer has provided evidence of returning the goods – whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method more expensive than the least costly standard delivery method offered by the online store, the online store is not required to reimburse the extra cost.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the product price in the online store was significantly lower than the market price due to an error.
Right to File a Complaint
The online store is responsible for the non-compliance or defects of the goods sold that existed at the time of delivery and become apparent within two years from the delivery.
Within the first year, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is the online store’s responsibility to prove otherwise.
In case of defects, the buyer must contact the online store within two months by sending an email to info@tiinaandron.com or calling +372 5285574.
The online store is not responsible for defects that occur after the product has been handed over to the buyer.
If the product purchased from the online store has a defect for which the online store is responsible, the store will repair or replace the defective product. If repair or replacement is not possible, the store will refund the buyer all costs associated with the sales agreement.
The online store will respond to consumer complaints in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and deliver the goods.
The online store transmits personal data to transport service providers solely for delivering the goods.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed interest by entering their email on the website and consenting to receive direct marketing messages.
The buyer can unsubscribe from promotional emails and newsletters at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions in the email.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has complaints regarding the online store, they must be sent via email to info@tiinaandron.com or by calling +372 5285574.
If the buyer and the online store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
The Consumer Disputes Committee has the authority to resolve disputes arising from contracts between the buyer and the online store. Reviewing a complaint in the committee is free of charge.
The buyer may also contact the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
